Traditional, Present & future Bullying in 2030:

Bullying is something that is a long-term violence and can be done by a single person or group of people where they do this intentionally and keep on doing multiple times to those who can not confront themselves (Amanda, p.5). In the past time, people were bullying each other physically such as slapping, hitting, pushing, spitting, sexual harassment or stealing and they knew who was bullying them but nowadays they do not know who is bullying them and their identities are always hidden (ICDL,2017). It is in form of text messages, hacking, pranks through phones. They force victims to do unwanted things and Although it was physically and now mentally, in both cases it causes threat and hurt others (ICDL,2017). According to Amanda Wright, cyberbullying is on the rise now and it will be continuing in the future specifically in 2030 (Wright, 2018). She believes that in future some of the sites will give warnings when they will share or like something on their social media accounts. Teens-preteens could be bullied in the future more harshly than now such as when people post intimate photos of girls, it affects now on their personal relationships and it will continue in the future. She also believes that, social media will make bullying easier for hackers that will impact on victims’ personal lives in 2030.

  1. Hello Sandeep,
I agree with your post that bullying is a shameful act and should prevent at all costs. As you mentioned in your post that in past people get bullied physically in term of bodily torture and harm. I am agree with your thought that bullying is not only harmful to the body put also it harms one's mental health. Internet and social media is full of stories where people have taken their lives due to extreme bullies and mental torture. With the invention of social media and other technologies it is very easy to harass someone by digitally tracking their online presence.
Secondly, you talked about future and predicts that Teens mom will be more targeted to bullying. I would like to add that not only in future but also in present Teen moms are target of bullying. They treated disrespectfully in our society. Teen moms are easy target of discrimination and judgement. Few year ago, a campaign has been seen in New York city where awful ads has been used to prevail awareness to stop teen pregnancy. i would recommend you to check this link for further information where teen are bullied on a daily basis in schools and in our society.

  2. Hello Sandeep,
I agree with your content in this post as you explained about the long- term violence and could be done by single person or in groups. You explained about past when technology did not exist, but bullying was in the form of physical torture such as sexual harassment, hitting, spitting. Later, it took the form of cyber-bullying where people started to tease each other through social media sites through text messages, posting, etc.
You also mentioned the future of cyber-bullying such as people will be bullied harshly in the future especially in 2030. I would like to
say that as the usage of social media has been increase not only among youth but all ages, so this problem will be more prominent in future. So, here is the link which will give some more information related to this issue.
